A solar cell panel, solar electric panel, photo-voltaic (PV) module or solar panel is an assembly of photovoltaic cells mounted in a framework for generating energy. Solar panels use sunlight as a source of energy to generate direct current electricity. A collection of PV modules is called a PV panel, and a system of PV panels is called an array. Arrays of a photovoltaic system supply solar electricity to electrical equipment.
To produce a monocrystalline silicon cells, absolutely pure semiconduction material is necessary. Monocrystalline rods are extracted from melted silicon and then sawed into thin plates. This production process guarantees a relatively high level of efficiency silicon and makes monocrystalline panels one of the most efficient, producing smaller solar cells, and therefore smaller panels. Monocrystalline works very well in bright cool conditions.
Solar Panel 320w Monocrystalline Polycrystalline Solar Panel Module .Long life guarantee with 3000 times cycle.
Overview & Challenge
We installed a 320w monocrystalline solar panel in the backyard of a residential home in the suburbs. The homeowner wanted to have solar panels so that they could cut down on their electric bill and lower their carbon footprint.
The installation process was relatively peaceful, but there were some challenges that we faced during installation:
-The space was limited, so we had to make sure that everything fit perfectly and didn't lose any space
-We needed access to power outlets to install the controller
The second issue we faced was with our electrical system. We had to make sure that there were no exposed wires or other items that could cause an electrical shock if touched by someone from outside of our company's control area (such as pedestrians walking through or near a public area). This meant that our team had to closely monitor everyone who came inside during installation so no one would accidentally touch something and get shocked by it.
